Chopra Yoga Teaching Mentorship Program with Sarah Platt-Finger
A 10-Week, Small-Group Practicum
Through highly curated, specialized content that goes deeper into concepts introduced in the Chopra Yoga Teacher Training curriculum, participants will gain advanced tools for sequencing, theming, breathwork, and more.
Guided directly by Sarah Platt-Finger, Director of Chopra Yoga, this program offers a unique opportunity to continue learning in an intimate, supportive environment.
Each session in this mentorship series is a two-hour-long group webinar that will include a focused lecture, a short guided experiential practice, and dedicated time for practice teaching in small breakout groups. Participants will receive personalized feedback, followed by a live Q&A to deepen understanding and integration. To ensure engagement and individualized support, the group will be limited to 20 participants.
This series is thoughtfully designed for graduates of the Chopra Yoga Teacher Training who are ready to elevate their teaching skills, gain confidence through structured teaching opportunities, receive expert feedback, and refine their presence and offerings in a group class setting.
