You're Invited! Join the Chopra Faculty Led Community Practice Event.

Wednesday, February 11 @ 12pm PT | 3pm ET

Gather is Dedicated to Deepening Your Practice and Strengthening Your Connections.

The Heart of Ayurveda: Embodiment, Inner Authority, and the Intelligence of the Body

Our Focus for February

February invites us to slow down and listen—not to more advice, but to what’s happening in the body.

At the heart of Ayurveda is the understanding that balance is restored through opposites. When we learn to sense what qualities are present—heat or coolness, heaviness or lightness, movement or stillness—we can respond with care rather than control. This kind of listening reconnects us with an inner authority that guides how we care for ourselves and others.

February’s Gather is an invitation to experience Ayurveda as a lived, embodied practice—grounded in awareness, balance, and trust in the body’s intelligence.

What You’ll Experience at February's Gather:

  • An embodied exploration of Ayurveda’s principle of balancing through opposites

  • Awareness of how qualities like hot and cold, heavy and light, dry and unctuous, movement and stillness show up in your body

  • Insight into how listening to these signals supports balance without fixing or forcing

  • A gentle, guided practice with Dr. Sheila to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom

More Than a Practice

Gather is a Place to Belong.

For many, meditation, Ayurveda, yoga, and coaching aren’t just healthy habits—they’re a way of life. And like any meaningful journey, they’re best traveled together.

Gather is more than an event—it’s a homecoming. A place where seekers, teachers, and lifelong students come together to deepen their wisdom, reconnect with their practice, and find support in a conscious, caring community.

In a fast-moving world, we offer a space to slow down, reflect, and nourish your inner growth. Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been walking this path for years, this is where you belong.

Each month, we invite you to Gather and:

Return to a supportive, like-minded community committed to growth

Deepen your practice with expert teachers and guided experiences

Expand your wisdom through shared reflection and meaningful discussions

Explore new pathways for integrating wisdom-based practices into your life and work

At Gaja Collective, we believe that consciousness-based practices are meant to be lived, shared, and continuously expanded.

Gather is where we do this—together.
