Our Focus for September

Somatic yoga invites you to slow down, tune in, and listen deeply to what your body is holding. In this month’s Gather, we’ll explore how gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindful self-reflection can help you release tension, re-pattern old habits, and create more ease in your body and mind. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced before, you’ll learn simple, accessible ways to use your body as a tool for awareness, healing, and renewal.

What You’ll Experience at Gather in September:

  • Embodied Practice

    Guided somatic yoga to connect breath, body, and awareness while fostering a sense of grounded presence.

  • Inner Awareness

    Self-reflection prompts to recognize and release mental and emotional patterns stored in the body.

  • Practical Integration

    Breathwork and gentle fascia-freeing movements you can bring into your daily routine for ongoing ease and balance.
