Students should plan for 90 minutes of pre-recorded lecture content each week, a live Tuesday webinar from 4:00–5:30 PM PT, a live Saturday Sadhana Lab from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM PT, monthly mentor meetings, and bi-weekly class assisting across the training period.

The structured core program includes approximately 72 hours of Content & Philosophy Webinars, 96 hours of Sadhana Labs, 12 hours of Mentor Meetings, and 15 hours of Class Assisting. Students then complete at least 75 additional hours through elective coursework to meet the required 270 hours.

You can complete your remaining hours through elective tracks such as Yin Yoga, Meditation, Ayurvedic Health, Kids Yoga, Jyotish or Vedic Astrology, and Sound Healing. This flexible structure allows you to personalize your advanced training based on your goals and interests.

Not every session must be attended live. The Tuesday Content & Philosophy sessions can be watched asynchronously if needed. For Saturday Sadhana Labs, students must attend at least 50% live.
