Begin your journey by exploring the Vedic origins of yoga and the philosophy that makes this practice so transformative. You'll be introduced to the 8 Limbs of Yoga—an ancient blueprint for living a balanced and joyful life. Plus, discover different styles of yoga and what makes Gaja Yoga unique.
Your body is the vessel through which you experience life. When it’s vibrant, you feel more present, energized, and strong. In this session, you’ll explore the three densities of energy (Shariras, or Layers of Life) and how they shape your well-being. Through guided instruction, you’ll practice foundational yoga poses like Mountain Pose, Chair Pose, Low Lunge, and Bound Angle Pose—culminating in a powerful flow to integrate into your daily routine.
Your heart is the bridge between your physical body and your deeper self. In this session, you'll learn how to cultivate self-compassion and listen to the wisdom of your own body. By focusing on breath awareness and heart-opening poses like Cat-Cow, Downward Dog, Bridge Pose, and Reclined Twist, you’ll reconnect with your inner kindness and emotional balance.
An overstimulated mind can create stress, distraction, and disconnection. Here, you’ll explore techniques to develop mental clarity and mindfulness, using breath and movement to foster greater self-awareness and presence.
