Yoga Teaching
Mentorship
Starts April 14 with Sarah Platt-Finger
Sequencing, business skills, and practical teaching support for yoga teachers.
Refine Your Teaching Skills in a Small-Supportive Group
Through highly curated, specialized content that goes deeper into concepts introduced in the Gaja Yoga and Breathwork and Teacher Training curriculum, you'll gain advanced tools for sequencing, theming, breathwork, and more.
Guided directly by Sarah Platt-Finger, Director of Yoga Programs, this program offers a unique opportunity to continue learning in an intimate, supportive environment.
Each session in this mentorship series is a two-hour-long group webinar that will include a focused lecture, a short guided experiential practice, and dedicated time for practice teaching in small breakout groups. Participants will receive personalized feedback, followed by a live Q&A to deepen understanding and integration. To ensure engagement and individualized support, the group will be limited to 20 participants.
This series is thoughtfully designed for graduates of the Gaja Yoga and Breathwork Teacher Training who are ready to elevate their teaching skills, gain confidence through structured teaching opportunities, receive expert feedback, and refine their presence and offerings in a group class setting.
This mentorship program is for individuals who have already completed a 200-hr RYT training and are looking to deepen and refine their skills. This program is not a certification and will not prepare you to teach yoga on its own.
