Portrait of Allie P.

This program exceeded my expectations in every possible way. A truly life-changing and transformative program. As some of my fellow students said, it was like receiving a master’s in yoga. This was far beyond what I understand a typical 200-hour training to be. I am so impressed and grateful.

The yoga training was a profound and transformative experience. This is not an ordinary yoga teacher training; it stands apart in its depth and approach. The teachers were incredibly supportive, kind, and highly knowledgeable. The Sadhana Labs especially helped me gain the skills and confidence to begin my yoga journey.

Sarah Finger really laid out a fantastic baseline of integrating pranayama, mudra, meditation, and asanas for this training. I appreciated the emphasis on physical alignment and the Eight Limbs, especially the Yamas and Niyamas. It was also so accessible to do the course online, and it connected me to many others around the world.
