Instructions for Alumni On Reissued Certificates

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting you and honoring the training you completed, Gaja Collective has made reissued certificates and badges available to you at no cost, upon your request. 

To receive a reissued certificate, you must submit a request through the Gaja learning portal (instructions below). This process allows you to access, download, and link to your certificate directly from the Gaja learning portal.

Please note: Your original certificate remains valid, and requesting a reissued certificate is optional.

How to Request and Access a Reissued Certificate

All alumni have been issued an account on the Gaja Collective platform with the username that is the email address where you receive alumni emails.

If you have not yet logged in, please sign in or create your password here.

If you have already created an account, simply log in. You may update your email address later within your account settings if you wish.

Once logged in:

  • Click your name in the upper-right corner
  • Select Dashboard
  • Locate your Certificate Portal Course(s). 

  • You will see a course titled “The Gaja [Program] Training/Certification.” If you hold multiple certifications, you will see one portal course for each.
  • Open the portal course, carefully read the instructions, and then select “Complete & Continue.” This action serves as your formal written request for a reissued certificate.
  • Once you submit your request, your certificate will be generated immediately.
  • After generating, your certificate will be available under: My Account → Certificates

Your Digital Certificate and Badge

Once your reissued certificate has been generated, your credentials will be available and housed in your account. You will have access to:

  • Your reissued certificate
  • Your personalized digital badge
  • A verification number and credential link for sharing on platforms such as LinkedIn, personal websites, or professional directories

Certificate Reissue FAQ

  • I don’t have an account. How do I log in?

    An account on the Gaja Collective platform was created for you using the email address that is associated to your alumni resources. Go to the login page here and create your password. If needed, use the Forgot Password option.

  • Do I have to use my reissued certificate?

    No. Reissued certificates are available upon request to alumni. Your original certificate remains valid in whatever way it was issued at the time.

  • How can I update my name or date on my reissued certificate?

    If you need to request a correction, please submit the request through the form here.

    Due to the volume of alumni records, updates may take several weeks to process. Once completed, you will be notified with instructions to access your updated certificate.

  • Not all of the certificates for trainings I've completed are available. How can I request the missing certificate?

    If you believe a certification you completed is missing from your dashboard, please submit the request form here.

    Our team will review your student record and add the appropriate certificate portal if applicable. Due to the volume of alumni records, this process may take several weeks, and you will be notified once it has been updated.

    Please note: At this time only certificates for single training programs are being reissued. Specialty certificates such as Total Well-being Coach, Vedic Educator, and Scholar have not yet been reissued.

  • How do I change my name in my account?

    After logging in, click your profile name in the upper-right corner and select My Account. Update your name before generating your certificate, as this is what will render on the document.

    If you have already requested and been reissued an updated certificate you must request the name change through this form.

  • How do I change my email address?

    After logging in, open My Account from your profile menu and update your email or other details.

  • Will alumni resources be updated?

    We will be providing new overviews for you to talk about your education and affiliation to Gaja Collective. The resources provided to you through those courses are meant to be customized by you for your own use. Please feel free to customize PPTs, brochures, etc.

  • What titles can I use?

    Graduates may use the certification title associated with the program they completed. Reissued certificates reflect the updated program names offered through Gaja Collective.

    Current titles are:

    • Gaja Certified Meditation Instructor
    • Gaja Certified Ayurvedic Health Instructor
    • Gaja Certified Yoga Teacher Gaja Certified Coach
  • What about my Vedic, Scholar, or Total Well-Being certificates?

    At this time, we are only reissuing primary certification program certificates. Specialty certificates, including Vedic, Scholar, and Total Well-Being designations, are not currently part of this reissue process.

  • I completed the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga program. What will my reissued certificate say?

    The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga program graduates are recognized by Gaja Collective as having completed comparable training under the current program, named the Gaja Yoga Teacher Training (RYS-200).

    This name is the approved and registered program name under Yoga Alliance.

  • I completed the NBHWC or ICF coaching pathway. Why does my reissued certificate not include this?

    In accordance with the requirements of external accreditation bodies, certifications such as NBHWC or ICF must be verified using your original certificate documentation.

    Reissued certificates issued by Gaja Collective are not intended for submission to accreditation boards. If you need documentation for an accrediting organization, you should provide the original certificate issued at the time of program completion.

  • Can I share my certificate or badge online?

    Yes. Your certificate and digital badge include a verification number and credential link that can be shared on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, personal websites, or professional profiles.

  • Why does my certificate show my original completion date?

    Reissued certificates reflect the original completion date recorded in your student record. The reissued certificate does not change the date you completed your training; it shows that Gaja Collective recognizes the education you completed.

  • Can I continue using my original certificate?

    Yes, your original certificate remains valid in whatever way it was issued at the time.

  • Can I download my certificate again later?

    Yes. Once your certificate has been generated, it will remain available in your account. You can access it at any time by logging into your account and navigating to: My Account → Certificates
