  • I’d like to book additional room nights before and/or after the event. Do you offer a special rate?

    Yes. We’ve secured a limited number of rooms at a preferred rate for attendees who wish to extend their stay. We encourage you to book early, as rooms are subject to availability. You can book additional room nights by emailing us at [email protected].

  • What is your refund policy?

    We understand that life happens—and making space for a retreat is both a personal and financial commitment. That’s why we’ve created a refund policy that’s clear and compassionate, while honoring the resources required to produce this experience.

    Here’s a quick overview:

    • Full refund within 5 days of registration
    • 70% refund for cancellations made before November 1, 2025
    • 50% refund for cancellations made between November 1, 2025 and December 1, 2025
    • After December 2, 2025, a non-refundable fee of $3,075 per guest applies
    • No refunds after December 25, 2025 or for no-shows

    All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We also strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen changes.
  • Do you offer any special event discounts for Chopra Teachers or Coaches?

    We are not offering additional discounts on retreat registration as most of our guests are teachers and teachers in training. We’ve carefully curated this experience to ensure maximum value, all included in your enrollment price.

  • Can I bring my significant other? How about children?

    Absolutely! Contact us for rates on your situation. Every guest attending the Soul Intentions Retreat must be registered for the full event. CIVANA does not permit children under the age of 14 at the resort. 16 is the minimum required age to attend the Soul Intentions Retreat as a guest.

  • Can I use this for CE?

    Yes—participants receive a certificate of completion and an official letter documenting hours and learnings.
